Abstract

|
This is the report of cases of combination chemotherapy which seems to be recommendable method for treatment of malignant lymphoma three patients with advanced ma1ignant lymphoma of the palatine tonsils, and nasopharynx, were treated with Co60 irradiation, cyclophosphosphamide, vincristine and prednisolone in combination.
One course of the combination regimen was given in a period of 14 days, this was repeated every 4 weeks.
Two cases showed complete remission and other case showed pastial remission. Toxicity, chiefly severe alopecia was produced but it was reversible.
